The base metal prices shown on this website are indicative figures drawn from public sources. They are not London Metal Exchange settlement data, they are not a quotation, and they do not constitute an offer to buy or sell at those levels.

A price from us is only firm when we give it to you directly, in writing, against a described parcel of material. Nothing on this website should be relied on as the basis for a trade.

Grade descriptions

Grade names and descriptions on this website follow the ISRI / ReMA scrap specifications and are given as a guide to what we trade. The specification that governs any particular shipment is the one written into the contract for that shipment, not the summary shown here.

Where a metal has no published code we trade it on assay, and the assay basis is agreed in the contract.

Accuracy and availability
